Navel Station

I’m starting to think I might be like mildly messed up because I saw this and thought, “I want to look like that!” Then I realized… I kind of do look like that. I’ve lost 45 pounds this past year and I don’t feel any different. Other people mention it and it sometimes makes me a little angry. I’ve fought for a while to be skinny but now when people call me skinny it feels like an insult. Or like they’re accusing me of being a bad person. And now I’m unsure if I felt better a little bigger or if I want to lose more weight. I’m afraid I’m becoming body obsessed. I already know I have BDD but I still used to be able to recognize what I wanted to be different.
